Apex Time?

Trying to get my Algae scrubber to run between 2130 and 1500 over night.
I Thought:

If time 2130 to 1500 Then ON

Would do the trick but it said illegal time. So I tried to just enter 2130 to 2359 and it is still saying illegal time. Looking at my T5 fixture it is the same code, why is it saying its illegal?

Try putting a colon between the hour and minute: 21:30
