Apex: Two Outlets Control One Outlet

I am running a sump in the basement with duel return pumps. One just sends water directly back to the aquarium and the other sends water to a UV Light first before it returns to the aquarium.

I understand how to program turning off one outlet if another is of i.e. turning off the UV Light if the outlet for the pump that feeds it is shut down.

What I am wondering is if it's possible to program the outlet controlling say the skimmer to shut off only if both the Direct to Tank and UV to Tank pump outlets are off?

Not directly
You would need to create a virtual outlet


XandY
Set OFF
If Outlet X = OFF Then ON
If Outlet Y = ON Then OFF

In the outlet you need to turn OFF when both X and Y are OFF, add the line

If Outlet XandY = ON Then OFF
