Apex updates - Where to find fixes

Is there anywhere on Neptunes website or a link to see what was changed, updated, etc for new updates? I just updated my Apex EL today and would like to know what the update was for.

Neptune's site. It is always there which I added the URL below. They will make a new thread/post with every release. Note that this is a Apex update which also contains one for the Trident if you own one. So Apex first, then update the Trident.
