Apex VDM Adapter Cable - DYI help

I'm looking to connect my Jabeo return pump to my apex VDM module.

Since I live in Canada I cannot find this cable anywhere local

I'm wondering if I could make my own? I have some 3.5mm plugs laying around the house I can strip and add rj45 connector to.
Only issue is I need to know in what order I need to wire the RJ45 connection

Any thoughts?
