I already have it installed, and connected to the Wi-Fi, and in fact, I searched on YouTube, as you say, but what happens that according to me, I already progarme my lights that are AI and now it's time that they should be turned on they are already off

look at the timer for that outlet. Click the settings button and make sure that outlet is on for the time that you have the lights on

I watched a few youtube videos on to set them up and program em. Might be a good start...so many factors go into getting them dialed in.

It was a pain for me. Lol I don’t even have everything correctly set still 4 months later

The programming is right, make sure you have the toggle set to "Auto" and not "Off". Auto tells the outlet to use the programming, off is obviously off, and on is also just that.

since I installed the apex, they are programmed, in automatic. a question, what kind of light do you have, I think mine needs some configuration, because they are Ai and I already had them programmed with the app of Ai, so I do not know if that or something else.

I was about to mention that. Dont the Ai have their own configuration? Make sure they're not conflicting. If you toggle the Apex to On and they're not turning on then its likely something with the lights.

The best thing I can recommend if you don’t understand the programming. Is to go through it one item at a time with someone. It’s overwhelming trying to do a whole tank
