My three week old ApexEL seems to be frozen, temp reading steady 78 degrees since midnight. It will not remote reboot. Anyone else have this issue?

Wonder what I will walk into when I get home... so much for peace of mind.

Try logging out and back into fusion.

Unplug unit, reset modem and plug back in. There is also a little reset button on back of eb832

Thanks, I unplugged and reset. Hardly a satisfying fix.

That is pretty strange @radfly. Were you able to do a general reset of the Apex unit and directly connect to it P2P or ad-hock?

Is this just on your mobile device or does it appear when you logon at apexfusion.com ?

I unplugged the usb cable to reset, would time out with remote reboot command. Using mobile device, and apexfusion.com
