I am looking for a more definitive answer as to are anemones and general cure compatible? Going through all stickies and other forums I haven't found a solid answer

I would not unless you mix it with focus and feed it. Metro is not supposed to be reef safe (unless fed).

What are you targeting for treatment? GC contains metronidazole and Praziquantel. The first is not reef safe, but the latter is (mostly). If you are looking at dealing with flukes, you could likely dose prazipro.

@Jay Hemdal I was targeting gill flukes and at that same time ended up with a watermelon bubble tip. Unfortunately I don't have a qt tank or room for one. I was worried I may have issues. Thankfully my nem and the fish are doing well so far
