API General Cure in food?

Hello, any thoughts on soaking fish food with API General Cure ? I know some have used it successfully in food and others are opposed. Wanted to use to treat possible internal parasites “white poop” is current symptom. Fish is in display tank, Lyretail Anthia, eating very well and still very swimming. Eating SA Aquatic pelllets/Frozen Mysis/Brine eating 4x daily.
