Is anyone familiar with this sensor? Mine seems to be reading low. What i gather is that in settings I need to make sure its in (immersive) and then (electric) but my light source is grayed out.

I borrowed an SQ-420X recently. I noticed grayed-out settings as well. I assume that the meter or software detects the sensor and only offers valid choices for that sensor.
Why do you feel it is reading low? Do you have other readings you are comparing to, or light manufacturer's specs, or something else? Also, how much lower do you suspect your readings are compared to your reference?

Thats what I was thinking as well, I have not compared but my lights turned up and the sensor 1 inch below water surface was only outputting 29 micromoles per ²m
