App won’t connect to P4

Having issues getting my P4 to connect via the app. It just stays on this:

I recently updated the firmware and all that to the latest but still a no go.

The app does connect to my stand alone doser just fine though.
Many suggestions on what to check or what might be wrong?

I can also connect to the P4 just fine with WiFi via GCC.

I wonder if there is/was a server delay. Mine was taking time to get info this afternoon.

Im sure you have, but did you try to disconnect and reconnect? Like hit the actual disconnect button top right?

Have you tried to sign into it through myghl on web and then retry the app if it connects there?

Just throwing out little ideas?

That's what I need is ideas I might not have thought of. :)

I have disconnected, reconnected all that good stuff. And it will connect via myGHL just fine. So something just isn't quite right with the app, but I sure can't seem to pinpoint it.

You could try removing the app from your mobile device, re-downloading, and signing in. All your devices will reappear(as long as you're currently signed into your MyGHL account in the app). Deleting will clear the cache if there is an issue with said cache.

Did you connect through the cloud via the app or did you connect via local IP that causing the hang?

Can you https://ip address of the unit and see if the web page come up or does it hang also.

I had this happen once after a firmware upgrade and I had to use the firmware tool and update via the USB port.

Looks like wifi firmware on the P4 is 6619 according to GCC. Needs to be 6718 for GHL Connect App right? So..maybe I need to start there. Except, GHL Connect used to connect to my SA Doser and after the app reinstall that doesn't connect either.

Thus I have no way to connecto to my doser currently. myGHL won't connect to it either....what the..;Facepalm
