Apparently Aqua Locker isn't done

Oh boy! I thought I'd never have to say that name again but oh no! they are back!
The site is "back up" but it's clear they are using it for their next scheme. They say it's due to the C-word but let me tell you, the site is never going back up!
Consider my surprise when I get on my computer and find a PM.... from aqua locker, about store credit...
One of my insiders contacted me through there alerting me to their next scam. I checked out the site, same domain as before and the new one they link to, haven't really looked any deeper, mainly due to the fact I can't stop laughing.
There was a site that popped up very similar to aqua locker but they disclosed that it comes right from the whole seller, I thought maybe they were trying it again. I wanted to buy from these guys but held some caution but good to know, no, THIS is what aqua locker is doing now

The quick and short, they said they held two facilities with marine biologists but it was just two people in an apartment and all the fish came direct from whole sellers
scam to get money
also they are done now, your never going to be able to buy from them again

Crazy, bought from them when they were “Fishybusinessaquatics” before Aqualocker.

Hard to get a sense of their wrong doing. We're they claiming and charging for other services that were not being provided like quarantining and such? If it was drop shipping alone I don't see why it matters.

I often order from eBay and get Amazon packages, don't matter to me as long as I get what I ordered at a price I like. Or am I missing something here.

They pretty much said that all of their livestock was taken care of by a team of marine biologists and that they moniter for health when they can't do that
also they made two other websites to go along with aqua locker, trying to suck up the most amount of cash they can

If I recall correctly a few months back these guys were getting all the hype on here when people were looking for reputable online sources for fish. Gonna have to do some digging. I am sure it will get entertaining

Honestly, they have made me so tired, especially since I thought they were gone

oh boy, it's really a lot of information and I'm really bad at explaining
so they filed for bankruptcy months ago and I thought that was it
they filed because their money making scheme got exposed.
So this married couple made fishy business doing drop shipping. I do not know if they made QT and facility claims at this stage, I believe I remember seeing it but I don't remember so we will say they didn't
then came aqua locker, they claimed to have two facilities they OWN and their own staff works at, in California and Texas
then Fish Biz came back as a second site offering their catalog just cheaper without the 14 day guarantee.
Then came the end, Paragon Reef their THIRD website!? offering whole sale to ANYONE!
It felt off.... weird.... then this part I don't know, they claim Live aquaria was trying to use legal actions to shut them down?
This is odd, one of the people who did freelance work for them and that I worked with during this got me some legal files, I did not disclose them and all I can really say is that AL had some legal talkings with LA before and came to a non discloser agreement. I can say that this claiming against LA was breaking their agreement that they made, so in a rush to look innocent they broke their own legal agreement
Then finally from the pressure for people coming on that all their claims were lies, having THREE WEBSITES and finally legal pressure they filled bankruptcy and shut down



and here we are. I got a message from the women running their social media that they are using the AL domain saying they will open again but hey for now check out our website design service!
SO they are trying again to get money
in all reality, at it's core nothing is wrong with doing freelance work like this, it's just the way they try to deceive people just makes me feel wrong
