Iv got a copper band 3 nudies and at the moment it seems as nothing is making a difference should i just break the tank down and peroxide the tank and start it over i got some bio media in the sump

Give the CBB some time, months. It will ger rid of the aiptasia for you. Berghia Nudi, wont last in a usual reeftank with fish. Many fish will feed on Berghia, even copepods will feed on baby Berghia so you have to have a very specific tank to be able to raise Berghia.

Start feeding the fish every other day. It will make him hungry and start getting to work.

It's a never ending war. I feel we always just have to be on our A game. I won't go the CBF route as I don't want to kill 20 fish to get to one that will work.

If the CBB is eating well, just cut back on the frozen food and he will start hunting. I acclimated my CBB with frozen, once he is healthy and eating well, I slowly stop the frozen mysis and the aphasia start to disappear.

think ima pull my rock and just soak in some perxide for a few hours and that should take care of alot of it then hopefully with feeding less my copper band can pick up rest

think ima take rock out hit it with some freshwater and peroxide and soak it for a bit then hopfully the cbb will be able to keep up with rest and ill feed less

IME, CBB will go for the injured, distressed aiptasia much faster. Try to poke at a few larger aiptasia. This will get your CBB to start on the aiptasia eating journey quicker.
