I have an AIO aquarium. The display portion has no aptasia (controlled by peppermint shrimp). However, I have a few in the back chambers. Should I try to remove them or does it really matter?

Its up to you but as long as they are present in your tank you'll always have them. It comes down to how much you dislike them and how long will the shrimp be effective.

Maybe I'll pick up another shrimp and throw him back there. I already have a banished emerald crab back there who does a great job keeping everything else clean. I also feed him a dried shrimp every few days.
