[Blue Ring Octopus]

Hello I am having issues with this controller, so I thought I was able to set up 3 light schedules, and when I got to the third one, if would not cycle out of If Light is 23.00 it is off, so I kept hitting the buttons Now the screen is frozen on PUMP OSC 23.01.01 no button will remove it from there.
Any ideas on how to get out of this? Thanks in advance
