I purchased a higher ticket frag pack at Reef-a-palooza NY( I don't recall exactly how much but easily 600+) and during the transaction, who I assume to be the owner, was gushing about his industry leading guarantee and how it applies even at a show. Any issues, reach out! Okay, sounds great!
We get home from RAP(same day) and my acrolandia frag is already looking a little rough AND the Monti had a nudi on it. I decided to reach out the next day because, having 15 days "guarantee" I thought I would be covered.
I reach out and he says he will refrag for me and contact me when it is ready to ship. Awesome!
I followed up because I had not heard anything and he tells me his colony is dying and the best he can do is a credit for other stuff. Now everything on his site is 4x the price and I've tried emailing him on multiple occasions to find a happy medium with zero response.
Why offer a 15 day guarantee if you're just going to ignore my emails?
If I knew this was going to be this much of a headache I would have never spent any money at Aqua-Ops in the first place.
