I posted here because I keep getting an error when I try to post on Vendor Feedback.
I would like to thank Dr Reef for his superb service. The packaging was perfect, the bags had plenty of water and everything came in nice and fat. I ordered 3 Carberryi Anthias, 1 Royal Gramma, 1 Red Sea Regal Angel, 3 Firefish and 1 Fire Shrimp. Even after spending 4 hours on a very hot UPS truck the water temperature in the bags was 81.5 degrees. The Firefish and the Red Sea Regal were held back due to not passing final inspection. He let me know that the replacements would be shipped later at no cost to me. It’s great that he didn’t just send the fish for me to deal with. I did lose one of the Anthias but it was after the 3 day guarantee. I just chock that up to stuff happens. The other 2 are doing great. I will be placing another order in 2 weeks. Thanks for all you do!
