As a first time buyer from these guys I was very worried when the ice storm delayed shipments. My 16 frags from the sale shipped and got delayed in the UPS hub for a day due to the ice storm and then when they did arrive 2 days later UPS left them outside in the cold on my doorstep at 8:20pm. It was in the low 40's!! Needless to say they were all dead. Will ensured me not to worry and made good on my corals. My replacements all arrived as promised today. Trust and props to them have been earned as a top ranking seller. I will definitely continue to purchase from them.
