Hey All- I first wanted to thank you for introducing me to Lucky Corals when doing some research on here (and I was pleased to see that they did well in the voting this year as well!)

Second- after a quick search, it has been some time since anyone had posted about lucky corals and how amazing Eric is. I placed my first order to “spread the love” around instead of always ordering from the same people. The corals listed on the website are, imo, arguably the best (most accurate) photographs I have seen on a site. They look amazing and, from my experience, are an accurate representation of what has been delivered!

Third- his communication and customer service were incredible. Eric reached out to me prior to an order being shipped due to an upcoming storm and asked how we wanted to proceed. When the order was delayed due to the shipping method (not his fault), Eric also reached out to communicate and coordinate and put my mind at ease. Idk about you all, but it’s stuff like that when ordering from online vendors that sets them apart from others!

Needless to say, I will absolutely be repeating my business there and cannot say enough kind things about the experience! Please consider lucky corals for (at least one of) your shopping experiences!

Cheers and happy holidays to you all
