I’ve had my rainbow mili for about a year now and it’s done “ok” but never really popped or grown well.

What Par are people keeping it at? I’ve had it in several places but haven’t been able to find the sweet spot:

Salinity: 1.025
pH: 8.0 -8.2
Alk: 9.0
Ca: 410 (working on dosing this up to 425)
Current par: 300
NO3: 5
PO3: 0.03

What lights are you using, and what is your N and P? I have ASD Rainbow at many different PAR levels ranging from 300-500+, and it pretty much looks the same at all of them.

First, moving it around is not helping. And a pic can help see what’s going on. What settings are you running on the reefbreeders? And what mounting height? How’s the flow? I’m running reefbreeders/ t5s, my asd on frag rack in 250ish par is getting better color than the rest of the colony in 350-400. Frag rack also gets a bit better flow than colony.

Following along. Mine is practically hot pink with slow growth and low polyp extension. My walt disney and orange passion are both fuzzy and growing. Interested to see what works for others.
