Wondering if anyone has tried and is using the AquaMaxx Rox carbon and how that compares to the BRS Rox carbon. Seems to be a better value $$ wise but not sure if there is going to be a huge difference with quality.

Look forward to hearing thoughts ..

Well Cabot Norit is a world wide company, but all of their carbon research and development is done up the road from me in Marshall. The woman there assured me that if it called Rox 0.8, it comes from them. I called them cause I thought I may be able to get it at a discount since I could stop by and pick it up on my way to visit in-laws. Their minimum order to get any type of discount was 800 KG. LOL. You can actually buy it from them by the rail car. It would take me about 1000 years to run through that much carbon on my tank....
