Hello, I too am in the market for the aquamaxx dfc-80 protein skimmer. Any word as to when they will be back in stock?

We were originally hoping to have more of these skimmers in the next couple weeks, but the ETA has been moved to mid/late August. Sorry to have to deliver the bad news.

If you're in need of a skimmer sooner than that, I might take a look at the Bubble Magus Curve 5. The Elite version is just a few bucks more than the AquaMaxx DFC-80 and while the pump isn't DC controllable, it's a Sicce skimmer pump, which are known for their performance and reliability. The Curve 5 Elite would be able to service a tank similar in size vs what the DFC-80 is rated for.

:loudly-crying-face: I may need to look for something different. Having an issue with keeping a small footprint for my small sump.
