Aquamedic reef doser twin. HELP!

I remembered to post this after seeing someone else needed help with a different brand dosing pump. basically i just want to set it up. for some reason the instructions aren't very clear on this. unless i'm missing a couple pages. any assist will be greatly appreciated.

Run it for ten minutes and measure how much water it pumps, divide by 10 for gallons per minute, the go to brs.com under instructions select 2 part, recipe 1, use .4 ml per gallon per day for a mixed, .6 for an sps reef.

Just remember to get the airline hoses filled with water by the pump before you start timing it.
