I’m gonna start off reminding everyone that per forum rules outside comments aren’t allowed in this post. I do however want to share with you my disappointments in placing an order with Aquarium Creations Online. Think twice or even three times before ordering here.
So I’m in the process of getting a new system up & running and was looking to add some fish. I placed an order with this company on January 23rd to add 4 neon gobies & 3 lyretail anthias. A total with shipping of $249.91
I’m in Iowa and it was a brutally cold winter so when Tom contacted me over the phone we discussed the well being of the livestock & I agreed to wait until the temperature was more suitable to ship. Time goes by and warmer weather starts showing up. I’m thinking I should be hearing back from this guy that my order is shipping. Well no it didn’t work that way. They don’t answer the phone number listed on the website and if you’re lucky you might get an email response. Tom’s effort & willingness to provide customers with information concerning their order is what I would have to classify as nonexistent. I had to initiate any and all of the little correspondence I did get from this guy. Since placing my order there have been multiple windows of opportunity to safely ship. None of which were used to fulfill my order. I have to laugh because the two reply emails I was able to get from Tom used weather for the reason I hadn’t received my order. Today almost 3 months later I filled a dispute of charges with my credit card company because I still don’t have the livestock I’ve paid for.
