I just purchased new T5 lights to add to my led's and noticed a long 3" scratch inside my glass tank. I have no idea how it got there but my question is - is there a way to remove or buff out scratches in a glass tank?

I've used a scratch remover kit from gtglass with limited success. For deep scratches that you can feel with your finger nail it was impossible to remove...at least for me. In the end it wasn't worth the effort. Note I was working on an empty tank and with all the polishing compounds it made a complete mess. Wouldn't suggest it on a full or partially filled tank.
