I want to rearrange the rocks in my aquarium. Do i need to take my livestock out? I have 2 fishes feuding and i think this may help but I'm not sure if i need to do it with them in or out.

No, move the rock and it will change the involvement and they may start to play nice for a bit. You may was to look at making a place for the fish to hide for the aggressive fish

I have at least 6 caves in my aquascape. There's plenty of places for him to hide but he doesn't want to. It's a yellow tang and a Tomini tang i just added

If you start seeing some stress or fin damage one may have to go. Watch the tangs over the next couple of day and see if they calm down. One is trying to say this is my house that the other is saying I was here first. I have a Hippo tang since I started my system and added a sailfin tang. The sailfin is now the dominant tang.

Are you rearranging because you want to, or to make the yellow tang feel like it's not at it territory anymore? What I've done before with my yellow tang is take him out and put him in my quarantine tank for a few weeks, then return him.

I didn't have a quarantine tank but i must start one.
