I think they have an excellent customer service, especially with the Manager. I only purchase coral 2 times from Aquasd and unlucky both times, the shipment were delayed 1 day, so 48hours to receive the coral. In aquasd policy mentioned that they will not take any responsibilities for UPS delay, however they always contact me and doing the best they can if the coral is DOA. Overall, good coral, good price, good customer service + freebie sometimes. :D
