Hey R2R! As some of you may know, a guy named Brandon Smith @Brandon Smith has been selling Rock Flower Anemone packs for AquaticArsenal.com. Let me tell y’all, these guys are great! They had a little trouble with shipments from their supplier which was out of their control, but they were very open about the situation the entire time and kept me updated. They were also super cool to send me 6 nems instead of the 4 I ordered because I was a first time customer and a R2R member. The 4 pack cost me $80 plus $40 shipping, so it would’ve been $20 per nem (before shipping) which is half the price of ANY of the stores around here (Houston). Adding in that I actually got 6 nems for $80 that’s only $13 per nem which is an absolute STEAL. He even allowed me to request certain colors of RFA and was just amazing all around. He sent my tracking number for FedEx yesterday afternoon, so I was able to watch and track it all the way to my house in Texas from South Carolina.

It arrived at 8:30 this morning and I documented the entire unboxing, it really shows how nice his packaging is. Everything is clearly labeled and well-sealed, with some nice foam insulation to protect it from the wicked heat! He even included this nice AirHead candy in the mystery flavor, which I thought was super cute cause it’s a mystery RFA pack.

I took off the outer bags, and clothes pinned them to my tank to temperature acclimate. I will update this post when I get the nems in the tank and am able to capture their full colors (which will still be a little dulled out from travel Im sure, I’ll post more in a week or so after they fully recover)

10/10 for this guy and his awesome website. If I’m ever in need of more corals, I’m checking here first.

Here are some pics of them in their inner bags after temp. acclimating for 30 mins. Two of them were actually attached to the bag (why I got some wonky photos) the nems are all sticky and beautiful shapes. No damaged feet or cut flesh on any of them, they’re beautiful.

Here they are arranged in my drip pitcher, you can kinda tell what each of them are gonna turn out to be! (I know that the one at the 10 o clock position is probably a pink zebra stripe)

All pics so far have been in 100% sunlight (I have large windows) with 0 filters, I can’t wait to get them under my blues!

Fresh into the tank, every one of em attached pretty dang good to the bottom of my acclimation bucked during their drip. Not a single one even flinched every time I put more water in, all open and happy the whole time. I knew they were gonna be pretty when they were in the bucket but it all changed when I got them under blues. Here they are!
