I’m having an issue on my LED. The pink and actinic will not turn on. Both channels work just with the exception to both of these sets. If one led went out i could understand but not the whole set up. Please let me know if this is fixable.

Can you let me know the serial number of the fixture along with the voltage of the power supply? We can see how best to fix.

It may need to come back to us or we may have parts that could be shipped.

How old is the fixture and did all the LED go out at the same time?
