Hello,

I have a new aquatic 61” Life T5 Hybrid and new bulbs, yet when I turned them on, it only comes on one side. Any idea what may be causing it, or fixes? Any help is welcome!

If both cords are plugged in check the bulbs, a bad connection at the bulb will cause both bulbs on that side to not turn on.

Bad bulb or bad ballast would be my next guess, try swapping bulbs and see if the power outage moves from one side to the other, if it does, bad bulb.

Possibly one of the bulbs is defective? Maybe try swapping the bulbs around, to see if you can cause this result to reverse.

Otherwise you may have a bad ballast. Or possible wiring issue inside.

YOU GUYS ARE AWESOME!!! Seems to be a bad bulb, I switch them around and the other side now works. Now just got to keep switching to see which bulb is the faulty one. Thank you greatly!!!

Cool, that is good news that it's only a bulb. Glad you got it figured out. [emoji106]
