Does anyone know what would be a good schedule for LPS/softies? The old schedule for this has whites going from 9-17 and blues 8-20 and night mode from 20-6? So roughly about 2 hours of full dark lights off. I got no idea what lights or what I am doing. I know I should just stick with the blue and actinic bulbs but unsure what to do from here.

Lights should be on from 8-12 hours at peak intensity, just like in nature. I don't use night mode on my tanks ,but some people like it, but IMO they serve no functional purpose.

Blue lights are what the corals need to grow, white lights are more for our own viewing, some like it white some like it blue.
