Are black worms a good source of nutrition?

i pickup some black worms up from my LfS last week and have been feeding them to my fish twice a day and all the gobble them up.

Does anyone know if black worms are nutritious? Or should I go back to frozen mysis

Black worms are very nutritious. You will want to feed a varied diet though - mysis and other foods in addition to black worms.

Quite nutritious, good source of oil which fish need to remain healthy.

Agreed. Live blackworms are a great food. But it is still important to provide a varied diet.
