My question is - what is an 'expert fish' - ie what are the criteria?

LOL, I’ve often wondered the same thing. Presumably it’s some calculation about the likelihood of a fish surviving in captivity. A fish can be expensive based on collection difficulty, but be pretty easy to keep (certain angels). Conversely, a fish may be easy to collect but very difficult to keep (Tuka anthias as example). The cynic in me would expect a high level of correlation between price and expert only .....

I wonder how much has to do with shipping times for example - shipping from CA to NYC is a lot longer than shipping from WI to IL
