Are my anemones healthy?

Hello everyone
Anyone knows are they anemones healtly ? I added in my tank almost two months. İts a red bubble anemones. I dont see never bubbles. Always i see like a photos.
Every saturday %10 water change with AF Hybrit salt and added 1 cap phytoplankton and 1 cap zooplantkon and you can find the all details in my build topic.
Maybe my light is a low or my flow are high ? I use MLW30 wave pump. But always working with on low setting. Please help!

My parameters ;
Sality : 1024-25
Temp : 24,5 - 24,9
Nitrat : 50ppm ( i know its high but my tank maybe 14-15 month old and i never see lover :) )
Phosp : 0,02
Calcium : 380
Mag : 1350
PH : 8,1
KH : 9

Some anemones bubble up and some don't just how it goes. Feed them earth worms and frozen food directly to them with a turkey baster once a week or let them catch through the water current. If theses anemones are staying in one spot they will be happy. Water current if too strong they look like spaghetti. And changes in flow or lightning or anything in there environment they will start moving about for the best place. My anemones never liked water changes they always sulked for a couple of days. They look not bad in the pictures. They do multiple from time to time so you will have more than enough and be able to sell some. If you're lighting awas not strong enough the stretch up like trumpets or start moving up your tank walls for more light. Please remember power head covers because they are prone to go in them and get minced

I'll try feeding them, and just like you said, they're extending their bodies upwards like trumpets and also standing up like spaghetti.
So I guess I have two problems: insufficient light and the wave effect seems to be bothering me a bit.

Yes you could try slowing the flow a tiny bit but no big changes all at once because all they do is move too find there happy place again. If you look at my picture they climbed but it didn't bother me more the price of stronger lights lol. They look healthy maybe just leaving them alone could be the best option I didn't mess around with mine just let them do there own thing and they split regularly

I had already planned to change the light, though not in the near future. As for the wave, it's already working at the deepest level and, as you can see in the picture, it's near the surface of the water. I don't know what else I can do.
I think leaving it alone is the best thing to do for now!

Anemones are mysterious with the bubbling versus not , there are many theories and YouTube videos you can watch that discus this. I have an anemone tank and found they like it a bit dirty like soft corals , strong light , and ample flow and stability. I have some that are bubbled and others a mix and some stringy all in same tank

I've made a decision; I'm going to leave them entirely to their own devices. I'll observe them :)

Hope they are still doing good! Mine have been bubbling if they are at the bottom of the tank with lower flow but the taller higher ones are more stringy under the stronger flow

They’re still doing exactly the same, no changes there!
The only difference is that they actually ended up eating two of my shrimps! :D :D It was a pretty expensive snack for them.

I have 40+ RBTA’s in my tank. Check out my build thread for photos. I can’t find any reason why some bubble and some don’t. Also the same anemone will bubble one day and be long the next. As long as they are inflated, mouths closed and plump then they are happy. If not then they’ll move to a spot they like.

Tell me about it...I think they got caught right after molting. I found their empty shells stuck in the wavemaker and the shrimps themselves in the mouth of the anemone...And it wasn't just one anemone; there were two of them fighting over it! Sending the video now.

Like you said, I’ve decided to just leave them be. They look healthy, and even though the flow isn't hitting them directly, it’s brushing past them nicely. I figure if they weren’t happy, they would have moved by now, but they’ve stayed in the same spot since they arrived. So, I’m not messing with them.

Interestingly, the shrimps used to pick at the anemones constantly during feeding—I often saw them going right into their mouths to grab bits of food. Maybe the anemones were a bit stressed because of that, but well... it ended quite bitterly for the shrimps! :D I’ll keep observing now; perhaps they’ll be more relaxed and 'bubbly' without the constant picking
