Are scolys easy to keep?

NOPOX is actually quite easy to use. Comes with a measuring cap and all. Dump in a measured amount every day until you see nitrate reduction.

FWIW,
Vinegar is way cheaper.....Nopox is basically vinegar and ethanol mixed(proprietory ingredients).

My scoly does not like sand on it, so brush that off. Put it under an overhang somewhere there is little to no flow, and low light. Feed it every couple days to every other day at night when its feeding tentacles are out.

Should recover just fine, but you have to get those nitrates down. The phosphates are less of a concern right now then the nitrates.

You can only grow softies because of the high nitrates(softies love, love, love "dirty" tanks), where as LPS, and SPS prefer to have some nitrates, but no where near that high.

Thank you for the info is very good, I'm still learning a lot of stuff, I know lot of basic but still have to go thru good teaching when it comes to parameters, corals names and how to take care them. I post earlier that all hard corals die on me but I had one that it really nice and it's growing.
