Flame scallops come to mind as far as bivalves go, but not clams specifically (i.e. Tridacna sp.). Probably has to do with red being absorbed so quickly (within 20 ft. depth, I've read) and inefficient photosynthesis in the mantle. I'm just speculating.
I've seen some come close: rust-colored or heavy oranges. Below are pics of T. maxima, T. squamosa, and then T. derasa.
