Are there any Scientists out there?

I need a Scientists help preferably one that can help me understand a project that I am working on, or in this case not working on because I am at a loss as to where to begin. The class is water science and if you think you may be able to help me, please let me know as I am desperate. :nerd:

I have a project on water sampling a creek that I need to do and the way my professor has explained the project is confusing to me. She wants us to pretend to sample a creek that already has information on it, but we need to re-sample it our own way with explanations and using different methods. This is a case study and her and I don't have the same comprehension ideas on things hence, the crappy grade I got on my 1st case study. She told me that she did not understand how I got from point A to point B, and when I laid it out for her she upped my grade a bit. I don't want to screw up this one and have issues. If I give you some information on it do you think you might be able to help?

Yes I think what you will be doing is writing up how you would test for these things. Then instead of actually going out and testing you would research what your findings should be based on previous tests done in that stream.

That would make more sense then trying to hypothesize what I should do to test the different variables. I have another person giving their opinion on it we'll see if the same conclusion is drawn. Maybe I am just overthinkingit all.

This is my final project for this course, and I have to ace it in order to uphold my straight A's going into my final leg of graduation. I have been on the dean's list for two years now and I would like t keep it that way. My current grade is a B+ so this project is the end all be all. Gosh I hate school, why did I ever go back, it is soooo nerve racking. :cry:

No disrespect, but that is not really the point here. The point is trying to figure out what my professor wants from me on how to get from point A to point B, not just some layout on how to write it up. I already know how to work the outline, it's the content of what she's asking of me. I'm not so ignorant to the fact of writing.
