Are these Bristle worms good or bad?

Fascinating little critters. I do understand there are a lot of species of bristle worms out there, some good and some bad. Does anyone know if this one is good? I’ve seen quite a few of them come out when the lights are out but this was the first I could get a good photo of one.

Thanks for the responses :) I slept good last night knowing they’re the good guys
