Are these diatoms?

Hi, I thought I had dino with zero Phosphate. The brown algae was stringy and some had bubbles so I got a microscope to help identify which dino. However, I can only find these cones shape brown algae. These are diatom?

Diatoms, green hair algae and possibly cyanobacteria.
