Are these Dinos or something else?

I’m not quite set on it but I think it’s dinoflagellates. Is it something else? Something else on top of Dinos? Maybe also brown string algae, I have some brown string algae on two of my power heads so I’m guessing that’s what else it is. Any ideas to help rid it? TIA!

Looks more like cyano to me but sometimes it can be hard to tell.
