Are these fish safe with sexy shrimp?

Just wondering if any of these fish are safe with sexy shrimp.
Got about 10 of em sexy shrimp + more different tiny shrimp coming in soon. Wouldnt want all of them to be a quick snack.

Any personal experience with this? I’ve been hearing they eat sexy shrimp but it’s hard to believe since males only get up to 1.7” and females a mere 1.2”

So the hawkfish is technically an anthias and not a hawk, but it'll still eat sexy shrimp. The swissguard basslet will as well. I had a swalesi that left them alone, but it was half the size of a Swissguard, and they had a maxi mini nem as their home, which tends to repel most fish.

Personal experience with a spotted hawk DEVOURING peppermint shrimp. Two of them within 45 seconds, gone. I wouldn't even waste my money on the adorable little shrimp with a hawk, ever.

Again, the fish the OP is asking about is the geometric pygmy hawk, which is technically an anthias (Plectranthias innermis) not a true hawkfish.

Unfortunately, it has a larger mouth and appetite like true hawkfish, and it will devour sexy shrimp. Most predator fish will still grab shrimp even if too big to eat. They just smash them on the rocks to break them into bite size pieces.

Assessors are basslets so you may be risking it with them aswell - I have had a pair of them go rogue on anemone shrimp before. Any fish will have a chance of going rogue, It’s the wild diet for many fish to eat smaller shrimp (Sexy shrimp, Venus Anemone Shrimp ect). Yes it’s less likely than the other guys but it’s still a risk and if you like your sexy shrimp a lot then I recommend skipping all three fish but if you don’t mind losing them I’d go for the one you like most.

I wouldn't keep anything with tiny shrimps that has any sort of visible "jaw". Even many blennies and gobies are a risk. Planktivores and grazers are a better bet, but big ones (like the tang above) are a risk as well.
