Are these "lines" normal?

So I bought a tank from a guy that was letting it go, i brought it back home in an attempt to save all the fish and corals but I have since noticed these "lines" in the mushrooms. Any help would be great!

P.S. the tank looks way better than when I got it.:)

Awesome thank you, and I could have gotten a tank that would have been way less work. It just didnt feel right to let everything in this one die!
