Are these red bugs?

I've never had red bugs in my system, so I don't know for sure. These look more like a worm, but move pretty fast. They don't look to me like red worms(I've had them in my system) and these are tiny.

They are a type of flatworm. Look like Planaria to me.
That's what they look like to me, but these are tiny, smaller than an adult flea. But, they don't look like a bug more like a worm.
