I asked my LFS for some nassarius snails, they bagged them up without me looking (got a few things that day) I think these maybe he whelks ?

I got them in my QT

Nassarius snails. Good for aerating and stirring gravel and feeding on food etc. that sinks to the benthic areas of your tank.
