Typical RO fittings have plastic, rubber and stainless steel components, right? Well there's stainless steel and then there's STAINLESS steel. So many grades of stainless used, it's hard to know what you're buying.

I'm installing a plumbing system drain line at the lowest point in a system and wondering if it's safe (from a corrosion and leaking perspective) to use a RO bulkhead fitting that will remain in the saltwater flow. Anybody know with experienced confidence or am I about to experiment again? :(
