Finished my last bottle of NeoPhos a couple weeks back and I'm using loudwolf trisodium phosphate now. I made Randy's stock solution (1.88g in 1 litre of RO water).

Is there any reason I can't reuse my NeoPhos bottle to dose out of? I already drilled the cap to fit my automatic doser and it would be convenient to add the new solution into that bottle... Don't know if there's any potential chemical reactions with the trace residue of the NeoPhos, or if the plastic isn't a good option for the new solution.
I rinsed it with RO a few times.

Thanks!

I would, but I don’t have a proper “Randy” answer for your question. I suspect that His DYI is likely the same stuff as you made, hence my thought process about recycling the container
.

Thanks! I have the bottle refilled and phosphate dosing back on automatic now :beaming-face-with-smiling-eyes: Always appreciate your help.

You would be breaking their trademark and may have a long holiday in guantanamo bay.. other than that - should be fine.

Where can I find this recipe you made? Thanks!
