I'm finding it really surprising that some of you are seeing orange. Maybe we need to drop the terms "yellow" and "orange."

Which # do you see, based on this color chart? I see in between 1 - 2. To those who voted Orange, are you seeing colors that are between 3 - 4?

I see 2....2 is not yellow but a blend of yellow and orange. So it would be a blending of 1 and 3 to make 2.

i had to vote orange, because i think the #2 is an orange veriation... yellow is one of the primary colors... along with red... anything other than true yellow, or true red is considered orange... that is just taking alot of art in school,....

now it can be lighter or darker by adding whites or adding blacks to it, but as soon as it has any "color" change from a primary color, it is no longer a primary... blacks and whites dont change, as the arent colors.... they are shades...
just my 2 cents, this should get this post going!!!!!!!!LOL

so there are 3 primary colors.... if you follow the wheel the numbers would be 1,5,8.... any of the other colors are not primary, and use a mix of the primary colors to make that color, therefore 2 and 3 are considered orange in the art world.....

I see yellow verging on gold, but not even near orange lol

kigs,

this is exactly what I see.

Now I will tell you I had to change test kits because my old one used a color I couldn't distinguish well. My wife and fellow reefers finally convinced me I am partially color blind.:)

But I see # 2
