What is your reason for wanting to do artificial and not the real thing? A lot of artificial plants will fade overtime, and can leach harmful chemicals into your tank

reason is that Kelp is I believe a cold water algae is and as I live in Thailand this algae is not available here in the bay of Thailand......
maybe you could send me some live kelp?

Check out Pangea artificial plants or Weco Marine replicas, I have used both but Pangea is really expensive, Also Underwater treasures make replicas too. good Luck!
