I've had mine for a year it one of the rare one that just doesnt seem to grow. I am thinking it needs more light or flow.
Can any one tell me what this millie wants?

Millepora typically love LOTS of flow. You could pretty much stick it in directly in front of a powerhead.

I picked up an ASD Milli recently. I have it up high and with high flow. Seems to love it. It glows a bright yellow right now with rainbow in it.

bro hv pic? and asd rainbow its new just in your tank? or
IMO, 20 K is pretty high. Is there a reason? I keep my coral lights at about 12-14 K for growth. KH at 10-11, Ca at 450, although hard to maintain that high due to strong growth with KH 11. And PO4's should be about 0.05 and 0.1. Too low inhibits growth. If adjusting any of your parameters, do it slowly. Good luck
