Ok so I'm pretty new to the coral hobby I just recently started to stock up on acan lords and I found some really nice "asia acans" how similar are they to acan lords? Is there a difference? Will they sting my lords if they get too close to them?

They're acan lords; will be fine.

I know already answered but wanted to add...From what I have read on acans the 'lord' come from the proper name of acan lordhowensis and as far as asia acans that just refers to the origin of the specific specimen same goes with Aussie acans they're an acan lordhowensis that is from Australian reefs. Also there are other types of acan besides lordhowensis to look out for.

I got this frag as a cherry red Japan.

It's with the rest of my acans with no issue

They're probably still Micromussa lordhowensis (formerly Acanthastrea lordhowensis), unless a single polyp and is Acanthastrea maxima, it will be too similar to tell and will look like a regular lordhowensis.

I just bought is as an asian. I overbid thinking no one else would bid that high and I would win at a lower price then 60.00. Thinking af asking to trade for something else? Is there anything different or special about asian? If in fact it is even one! I got it from cali kids
