Assistance with Calcium Reactor

I had bought an old Deltec reactor from a young and avid reefer many years back but never set it up. Wondering what's your advice to learning about how to use a calcium reactor making sure I have everything I need or if I need new parts because it's been sitting in my sump for about 4 years unused. I'm guessing a need new gauge on CO2 tank because it's all rusted.
